- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only available payment method. Future payment methods (bank transfer & online card payments) will be introduced soon.
- Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
- Pricing errors, if any, will be corrected, and we may cancel an order if incorrect pricing was displayed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier delays.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Any visible damages or issues with the received product must be reported on the same day of delivery.
4. Returns & Replacements
- Customers can request a replacement within 7 days of purchase if the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Physical damage or mishandling after delivery voids the replacement policy.
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
- Some products may not be eligible for return or exchange (e.g., company-sealed products).
5. Warranty Claims
- Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
- Issues caused by mishandling, accidental damage, water damage, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs will not be covered under warranty.
- Customers must provide the original receipt to claim warranty services.
