SIA4TECH – Order Replacements & Warranty Claims

1) Replacement Policy

At SIA4TECH, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us via phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media.

Replacement Guidelines:

  • All imported products are thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control Department before leaving the warehouse.
  • If you experience manufacturing defects, incorrect specifications, or functional issues, you can avail of our 7-day replacement policy under these conditions:
    • No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product has a valid issue as mentioned above.
    • Physical damage issues must be reported on the same day of shipment for a replacement. Late reports will not be accepted.
    • Defective, incomplete, or damaged products can only be exchanged for the same model and specifications.
    • Laptops and other items with physical damage due to mishandling are not eligible for replacement.
    • If a product is received with different specifications than listed on our website, a replacement request must be made within 7 days. In this case, the buyer will bear both shipment costs.
    • No replacement requests will be entertained after 7 days from the purchase date.
    • Company-sealed products cannot be replaced.
    • If a customer agrees to use a product with minor variations upon delivery, it cannot be replaced later.
    • Images on the website may slightly differ from the actual product due to manufacturer variations. This is not a valid reason for replacement.
    • If an issue arises with the body, screen, or condition of the product, it must be reported within 2 days of purchase for a potential return to the supplier. After this period, the issue will not be considered under the 7-day policy.

2) Warranty Claim

SIA4TECH allows customers to claim a warranty, but certain conditions apply:

  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Speakers, dead laptops, burnt parts, screens, touchscreens, software, adapters, batteries, accidental damage, voltage fluctuations, fire, water, thunderbolts, or any external damage beyond our control.
  • If the product is repaired by an unauthorized service center, the warranty becomes null and void.
  • Warranty claims must be made with the original invoice. Without proof of purchase, claims will not be accepted.
  • Warranty terms are based on the manufacturer’s policies. SIA4TECH is not responsible for any data loss on repaired/replaced products.
  • Processing time for warranty claims:
    • Can take 15 to 60 days, depending on the product and location.
    • If a product needs to be sent internationally, it must have at least one month of warranty left at the time of claim.
